We're looking for a Procurement and Compliance Analyst to join our Finance team. If you have experience in procurement operations, vendor accreditation, supplier management, and commercial evaluation, we'd love to hear from you!

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition to purchase order issuance.
• Source and evaluate qualified vendors while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and service agreements.
• Prepare procurement recommendations and comparative bid analyses.
• Lead vendor accreditation by reviewing business, tax, banking, and compliance documents.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and risk assessments to ensure supplier reliability and compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance, contract renewals, and compliance throughout the engagement.
• Maintain vendor master records and procurement documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare reports on procurement savings, vendor performance, compliance, and contract monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits and recommend process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience in vendor accreditation, supplier evaluation, and procurement documentation.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with BIR, SEC, DTI, and other regulatory documentation requirements is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, NetSuite, or similar) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
