Policy, Procedure & Compliance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facilitates creation and or revision of applicable key work processes, procedures, templates, and forms to support the effective implementation of the company’s QMS.
• Carries out consultations and discussions with different Process Owners to facilitate process reviews and continuous improvements.
• Conducts quality-related trainings and sessions to continuously promote a quality mindset culture across all levels of the organization.
• Prepares the QA Audit Plan, Audit Team Composition, Audit Assignment Distribution, and Audit Findings aligned to the QMS Master Audit Plan.
• Performs the scheduled Quality Audit functions to evaluate departmental compliance as per duly approved QMS standards.
• Conducts a systematic approach in executing gap analyses and recommends process improvement initiatives.
• Carries out audit reports, follows through, and closes out to verify the effectiveness of the submitted action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry or related engineering field
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
• Strong familiarity with Quality Management System models such as ISO, TQM, etc.; Process Mapping & Flowcharting
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City
