PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Assignment: Main Office/Site

Job Summary

Work hand-in-hand with project engineers and site supervisor. Oversee all projects assigned/received by the company, this includes project planning, project costing, project monitoring (both accomplishments and manpower), project decision making and managing of personnel.

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineer or any engineering programs or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in project management and manpower supervision skills.
• The ability to work with multiple working disciplines and project disciplines.
• Ability to work and carry out projects within a stipulated time frame or deadline
• Possess good leadership ability, as well as ability to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications
• The ability to multitask and strategize in different situations is also relevant
• Must be proficient in MS Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Has good command in English (both written and verbal), and has great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has knowledge with the rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• With project management and cost management or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• With driver’s license is an advantage.

• Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job.
• Help project engineers and site supervisors in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects.
• Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements.
• Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable. (Cebu and outside Cebu Projects)
• Convey needs from the project engineer to the management of the firm.
• Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership.
• Develop project plans base on the client’s requirements and specifications.
• Perform overall quality control of all the projects this includes (material costs, schedules, plans, and personnel performances).
• Visit and survey all sites weekly and upon request.
• Consolidate project monitoring and cost monitoring reports of project from project engineers weekly/monthly.
• Provide a consolidated weekly/monthly report on all site accomplishments and site work status.
• Attend/Report to client for weekly accomplishment of the project.
• Relay all necessary reports and announcements given by the client to the management.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress project accomplishments.
• Manage and cooperate in communication with the project engineers and other personnel to provide assistance and technical support.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the personnel by enforcing safety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Update all employees’ line-ups and schedules per site.
• Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.
