FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any of the following courses: Management Accounting, Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance Management, or any business-related courses. Being a CPA is a strong advantage.
• At least two (2) years work experience as Finance Supervisor.
• Should have intermediate knowledge in general accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel (and other similar system) is an advantage.
• Experience in any SAP system is an advantage.
• Experience in any project management software is an advantage.
• Must have the ability to use and understand the functionality of finance systems.
• Must have ability to identify errors and make corrections to financial records.
• Must be able to prepare and interpret of statement of accounts.
• Must have project management skills.
• Must have good reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be proficient in different office applications.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Should have excellent work ethics.
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage team and ensure that all work deliverables are submitted on time with good quality.
• Is responsible for team’s performance management and ensures that company set goals are reached. Train, and evaluate performance of his/her subordinates.
• Provides guidance, support, feedback and identify developmental needs of the team.
• Report and consistently communicate with immediate superior.
• Ensures that all collection related transactions made by the team are done correctly and accurately.
• Ensures accuracy of all data gathered.
• Gathers and reviews record information about financial status of tenants and exhibitors made by anyone in the Finance Team (i.e., percentage report from tenants etc.) and status of all collection transactions made by Finance Officer.
• Performs administrative support including but not limited to reporting, maintaining administrative files and records.
