Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, high-quality food and customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance. This role supervises front-of-house and back-of-house staff, monitors sales and inventory, and ensures that all restaurant standards are consistently followed at a Sizzlers and Roast restaurant.
The Store Supervisor acts as the main point of coordination between staff and management, ensuring that operations run efficiently during all shifts.
Qualifications/Requirements- College graduate or equivalent work experience in hospitality, food service, or business management.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
