Credit and Collections Officer
About the role
As a Credit and Collections Officer at F&E ENTERPRISES INC.', you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes. This full-time role is located in Sibulan Negros Oriental, and will play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and cash flow management.
What you'll be doing- Reviewing and processing customer invoices and credit applications
- Monitoring and following up on overdue payments from customers
- Identifying and resolving any billing or credit issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all credit and collection activities
- Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure effective credit control measures
- Providing regular reporting and analysis on the company's accounts receivable performance
- Implementing and adhering to the company's credit and collections policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a credit control or collections role, preferably within the accounting/finance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve credit and collections issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
- Thorough understanding of credit control practices, collections processes, and relevant industry regulations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
