Requirements
- Graduate of 4-year business course, 2-year course may be considered depending on experience (UNDERGRAD IS OKAY)
- At least two 1 year previous experience as a collector in the lending/banking industry, specifically in Motorcycle Loans (NO EXPERIENCE IS OK)
- Able to drive motorcycle and has driver’s license and willing to do field work
- Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
- Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
- Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner.
- Understands billing and collections related documents and program computations.
- Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (i.e. contacting relatives, neighbors, and/or employers.
- Follow through on client’s payment commitment and other concerns.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
