Field Supervisor (Collections) (Bacolod)
The Field Collections Supervisor is responsible for directing and supporting Field Officers to deliver optimal recovery performance aligned with company goals.
What You’ll Do- Monitor and update collection reports
- Work closely with Field Officers to achieve the target recovery rate per month
- Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching
- Create and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed
- Facilitate huddles, meetings, and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed
- Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training
- Responsible for complaint coordination and resolution
- Assist in screening and selecting applicants for the Field Officer position
- Communicate and cooperate with external agencies
- Propose changes in Field Collections processes to optimize it
- Owns a motorcycle with ORCR | Deed of Sale
- Must know how to drive motorcycle with driver's license
- At least 3 years of experience in Field Collection, familiar with Metro Manila or his assigned local area
- At least 1 year experience in supervising a team minimum of 5Full Time Employee
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, Excellent management and organization skills and Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Good knowledge in English and local dialect
- With strong integrity to all given tasks and handle his team and clients with professionalism
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent worker has good sense of control
