Hr supervisor

The Abaca Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor – Recruitment to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor focusing on recruitment
• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage hiring demands in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee recruitment operations and hiring strategies
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Creates job posting in job portals for any job vacancies in the company.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and update recruitment tracker
• Ensure timely and quality hiring of candidates
• Supervise recruitment staff and monitor hiring progress
• Develop and maintain relationship with schools for OJT partnership
• Coordinate with the Department of Manpower and Development and Placement for Job Fair events.
• Ordering and issuance of uniforms to all employees from different brands
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending revisions human resource policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 to 6:30
