Training officer

Job Description

• Conduct on-site training and coaching for Sales Associates on BillEase products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and financing processes.
• Provide continuous mentorship and field support to improve individual and team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate Sales Associate performance, identify gaps, and implement appropriate training interventions.
• Conduct field visits and live sales observations to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve training programs, processes, and field operations.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources aligned with company objectives.
• Act as the main point of support between Sales Associates and management for operational concerns and performance improvement./
• Track training effectiveness, analyze performance data, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales financing, field sales, training, or related roles.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or field training is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement training improvements.
• Capable of engaging and motivating teams, including communication in the local dialect or language when needed.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork, travel frequently, and work flexible schedules.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
