HR ER/TRAINING OFFICER | CEBU CITY

The HR ER/Training Officer is responsible for handling employee relations concerns, implementing training and development programs, and supporting overall HR operations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Assist in the implementation of company policies and labor compliance procedures
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training, orientations, and development programs
• Monitor training schedules, attendance, and evaluation results
• Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and employee records
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Conduct coaching and counseling sessions when necessary
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Employee Relations, Training, or related HR functions
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
