Position: JUNIOR TRAINING OFFICER
ROLE:
The Junior Training Officer supports the implementation of training programs to enhance employee performance in both FOH and BOH operations. The role involves assisting in identifying training needs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring consistency in service and operational standards across all locations.
Working Conditions- The role requires regular travel to different store locations to conduct training sessions, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Work may involve flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
- The Junior Training Officer will be exposed to both FOH and BOH environments, including kitchen areas and dining spaces.
- Frequent interaction with staff at all levels is expected, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The role may involve handling challenging situations, including addressing performance gaps and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- The position requires a high level of organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in both FOH and BOH operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and translate them into actionable programs.
- Willing to travel and conduct store visits regularly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle conflict constructively.
