Job Description:
- On-site leader of program operations globally and client management across all sites for specific account
- The Director, Global Service Delivery acts in a Business Unit Leader capacity and will be responsible for operational, financial and program performance across our sites for this LOB. To accomplish this goal, they will lead the operations team, manage in a matrix environment with all functional department partners and collaborate with the Global Account and Site Delivery Leadership team. Incumbent has overall responsibility for achieving balanced results of multiple departments within span of control.
- The Global Service Delivery leader will help consolidate the operations, provide delivery expertise, effective client management and ensure global consistency.
- This role will help ensure a standardized process across the sites with building roadmaps to add value through innovation and process automations/improvements.
- This position interfaces with the Client executive team and Concentrix support organizations as well as has responsibility for leading the Multi Geography Delivery team in collaboration with Account Management. In addition to this, there are multiple client stakeholders (by LOBs and regions) for which we need a single point of contact

Qualifications/Requirements- · With robust client interface experience
- · With experience in managing diverse global workforce,
- · Lateral thinking and a progressive mindset, ability to drive operations delivery teams
- · P&L ownership: Having deep understanding of financials and impact points.
- · Able to work in a matrix environment & reporting structure
- · Highly analytical with good financial acumen
