We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for multiple BPO / Call Center accounts in Cebu. Open to HS/SHS graduates with or without experience!

- Earn from ₱17,500 up to ₱27,000 monthly
- Higher offers for candidates with BPO / CSR voice experience

- Travel Account (High Salary Offer)
- BFSI / Banking
- Retail & Financial Accounts
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without Call Center / BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills (B1–C1 CEFR)
- With Customer Service Experience (CCE) is an advantage
- Handle customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate solutions and support
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
- Follow company guidelines and processes
