The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to own and lead our client acquisition function. This is not a junior or task-taker role. You will be responsible for building and running our outbound pipeline, generating qualified opportunities, and helping us grow beyond our existing client base.
You must come in ready to lead. We are looking for someone who already knows how to do this well and can operate with direction from the founder, not someone we need to train from the ground up.
Important: Industry Experience Is Required
We can only consider candidates with direct business development experience in our industry. That means you have sold HR services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), staffing, or HR consulting before, to founders, executives, and decision-makers at startups and SMBs.If your BD experience is in an unrelated industry, this role is not the right fit. We cannot train you on how to sell HR and recruitment services. You should already understand this space.
What You'll Do- Build and lead our outbound business development function from the ground up
- Run targeted outreach on LinkedIn and via email to founders and decision-makers in our ideal client profile
- Engage and nurture our existing audience, turning interest into conversations
- Qualify leads against our ideal client profile
- Book qualified discovery calls for the founder
- Manage and maintain the pipeline and CRM daily
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and past conversations
- Report weekly on outreach volume, calls booked, and pipeline health
- Proven business development experience specifically in HR services, RPO, recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting
- A track record of generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings with founders or executives
- Someone who can lead this function independently, with strategic direction from the founder
- Excellent written and spoken English, confident and clear on calls with North American clients
- Strong organization, consistency, and comfort working to targets
- Self-starter who brings their own playbook and ideas, not someone who waits to be told what to do
- A reliable, fully functioning computer

- Available to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Competitive monthly base, commensurate with experience (₱1M annual OTE)
