Marketing Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, attract new customers, and strengthen brand awareness. You will utilize a variety of marketing channels and tactics to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the telecom industry.
• Create annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budget forecasts, and manage marketing expenditures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives.
• Identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Generate qualified leads through online and offline campaigns.
• Oversee the development of promotional materials, presentations, and company profiles.
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Optimize marketing tactics to improve ROI and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Management.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with focus on strategic planning and execution
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
