Business Development Officer

Job description:

Business Development Officer is responsible for gaining customers and ensuring that s/he work to attain a set goal and grow excellently. S/he conduct research to identify new markets, and customer needs as well as developing a plan that is focused on financial gain and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Real Estate

1. Monitor and update target stores
2. Source new locations and be able to do market study to ensure profitability of new stores to open
3. Conduct foot traffic evaluation
4. Schedule lease re-measurement (LR), technical meeting, pre-construction meeting, pre-opening inspection and punch listing and turnover to operations; handles due diligence of property before accepting lease.
5. Handles administrative task including documentation Contracts, and new store requirements

1. Property Management

1. Coordinates with Lessor for any lease concern
2. Update store directory
3. Monitors contract of lease
4. Sub-lease relation including monitoring, billing and coordination of any information of concern

1. Franchise Management

1. Entertain Franchise Inquiry and screen initial Franchise applicants
2. Franchise Relation
3. Schedule quarterly Franchise financial review and business meeting with existing franchisees

1. Perform other task as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business Course or any other related courses
• With atleast 1-3 years related work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional in the manner of speaking, and in all aspects of Business
• Excellent people skills- Project Management experience an advantage
