We are seeking an experienced and results driven Talent Acquisition Director to oversee end to end recruitment operations for our healthcare BPO business.
This leadership role is responsible for developing innovative hiring strategies, building high-performing recruitment teams, and ensuring the delivery of top healthcare and support talent across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment function for healthcare BPO operations
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet aggressive growth targets
- Build strong talent pipelines for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles
- Partner with operations leaders and stakeholders to forecast workforce needs
- Drive recruitment metrics, process optimization, and employer branding initiatives
- Manage recruitment vendors, sourcing channels, and ATS platforms
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and company standards
- Mentor and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
- At least 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in healthcare BPO or healthcare staffing recruitment
- Proven success managing high-volume hiring and recruitment operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing strategies
