APAC Talent Acquisition Lead

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a Manila-based Talent Acquisition team supporting APAC hiring needs
- Owning recruitment delivery outcomes across assigned APAC markets, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring at scale
- Shaping mid-term (12-24 month) hiring strategies in partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Anticipating workforce demand and aligning sourcing strategies and team capacity accordingly
- Acting as a senior advisor to business leaders on talent availability, hiring trends, and workforce planning
- Ensuring strong candidate experience and execution of global employer brand initiatives across local markets
- Maintaining compliance with recruitment governance and local employment legislation across multiple countries
- Driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-led decision-making within Talent Acquisition

The Successful Candidate
A Successful APAC Talent Acquisition Lead should have:
- Mandarin language capability (highly preferred) given the scope of markets supported across the APAC region
- Extensive experience leading in-house Talent Acquisition teams across multiple APAC markets
- Strong people leadership capability, including developing future leaders within recruitment teams
- Demonstrated success delivering high-volume or complex hiring across diverse functions
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (HR Directors, functional leaders) at a strategic level
- Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, hiring challenges, and regional nuances
- Proven experience driving inclusive hiring practices and improving diversity outcomes
- Strong analytical capability, using data and insights to optimize delivery and performance
- Solid knowledge of recruitment governance, compliance, and employment legislation across the region
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organizational structure
