Duties and Responsibilities:
- An ability to manage on delivering projects and be able to answer inquiries on time
- Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs and has hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Communicates ideas and strategies with clients and caters to their needs
- Presents creative concepts to clients and monitors every phase of the project, from pre-production to post-production.
- Collaborates with internal members to promptly discuss what the clients want to achieve
- Makes sure that the production team is on track and all deliverables are complete and within budget
- Presents outputs to clients to gather feedback or approval of designs before moving forward with the following production stages
- Solves any issues that surface when working on a project
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business/ Media communications or related field a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an accounts & sales handling in a video production company or agency centered on video executions.
- Previous Video production / events experience is a must
- Has Presentation and Reporting skills
