Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: BRIKK CONCEPT STORE (BGC)
Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive for Appliances, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to promote and sell a wide range of home appliances. Your goal will be to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales while ensuring customers find the perfect appliances for their needs.

We’re seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic individual to join our team and deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our appliance range, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, and more, to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in-store or online, assessing their needs and guiding them through appliance options, ensuring they select the right products.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting appliance features, benefits, and special offers. Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize sales.
  • Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations of appliance functions, showcasing how each product can meet customer needs.
  • Customer Education: Explain the value and benefits of advanced features (e.g., energy efficiency, smart technology) to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and emerging trends in the appliance market to inform sales strategies.
  • Store/Showroom Presentation: Maintain an organized, attractive showroom, ensuring products are displayed properly and promotional materials are up to date.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and product inquiries, offering troubleshooting or guidance on appliance installation, operation, and warranty information.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales logs and customer interaction records to report progress to the sales team and management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum height requirement of 5’5” for females and 5’7” for males.
  • Weight proportion to height.
  • College graduate (any degree).
  • Proficient in English and Filipino.
  • Vision: 20/20 eyesight.
  • With a pleasing personality.
  • No visible tattoos when wearing the uniform.
  • Clear and unblemished complexion.
  • Good set of teeth.
  • Physically fit.
  • High level of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Experience: Previous experience in appliance sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable. Experience working with home appliances or in a technical sales environment is a plus.
  • Skills:

o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

o Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
o Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
o Demonstrated sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with home appliances, including basic technical specifications, energy efficiency standards, and features (e.g., smart appliances, connectivity).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, CRM software, and online tools to track sales and customer interactions.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak retail periods (e.g., holiday sales).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or assist with the movement of appliances (e.g., unboxing or positioning display models) and stand for extended periods.
