Quality Inspector

Be part of a dynamic and quality-driven manufacturing team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly responsible Quality Inspector (OQC) to support outgoing quality inspection activities and help ensure that finished products meet established quality standards prior to shipment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring the final production process and ensuring outgoing products comply with quality requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outgoing quality inspections and tests for finished products prior to shipment
Check packaging, labels, shipping information, and box card details for accuracy and compliance
Ensure shipment inspection records are properly completed and maintained before product storage or release
Support emergency product release activities by ensuring concessions and approvals are properly documented
Provide support to Process Quality Control (PQC) activities as needed
Confirm completeness and accuracy of packaging documentation
Prepare and accomplish daily reports related to inspection abnormalities and quality issues
Follow company quality standards, environmental health and safety policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior or team leader
Qualifications
Education & Experience- At least a graduate of Senior High School, Vocational, or College level education
- Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing operations is an advantage
- Background in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge of quality inspection standards and inspection procedures
- Able to interpret work instructions and inspection guidelines
- Basic understanding of product appearance and dimensional checking
- Familiarity with packaging verification and documentation processes
- Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Capable of preparing accurate inspection and monitoring reports
- Willing to work in a production or manufacturing environment
