QUALITY CONTROLLER (QC)/ LINE LEADER

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within a production or manufacturing line.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team is required.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, inspection methods, and production standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate product quality trends.
• Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills to effectively work with Production, QA, and other departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate quality records and reports.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage production line issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and on-site assignments as required.
