- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and administering assessments.
- Conduct a new hire onboarding process including background checks, benefits enrollment, and training records, orientation.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the point person for employee inquiries and concerns on HR policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and recommend appropriate solutions in line with company policy and Philippine labor laws.
- Work with HODs and Admin in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
- Assist in managing employee discipline and termination processes in accordance with DOLE requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leaves, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
- Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
- Training and Development
- Identify employee training and development needs in collaboration with Brighttank HODs.
- Assist in the development of employee development plans.
- HR Policy and Compliance
- Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and advise management on necessary updates to policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
- Prepare HR reports and statistics as required.
- Other HR Functions
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS is preferred - Sprout HR
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
