Senior HR Generalist

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding
  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and administering assessments.
  3. Conduct a new hire onboarding process including background checks, benefits enrollment, and training records, orientation.
  4. Employee Relations
  5. Serve as the point person for employee inquiries and concerns on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Address and resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and recommend appropriate solutions in line with company policy and Philippine labor laws.
  7. Work with HODs and Admin in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Performance Management
  9. Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
  10. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
  11. Assist in managing employee discipline and termination processes in accordance with DOLE requirements.
  12. Compensation and Benefits Administration
  13. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leaves, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  14. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  15. Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  16. Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
  17. Training and Development
  18. Identify employee training and development needs in collaboration with Brighttank HODs.
  19. Assist in the development of employee development plans.
  20. HR Policy and Compliance
  21. Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  22. Ensure compliance with all Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  23. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and advise management on necessary updates to policies and practices.
  24. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
  25. Prepare HR reports and statistics as required.
  26. Other HR Functions
  27. Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  28. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS is preferred - Sprout HR
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
