HR Generalist

About the role

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business.

• Provide generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and implement effective solutions
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
• Assist with the design and delivery of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and talent management strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing input and support for HR projects and special initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and HR information management systems
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and pragmatic solutions
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
