  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews

  • Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates
  • Help improve recruiting workflows and hiring systems
  • Work within ATS platforms such as Manatal or similar systems
  • Move quickly while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting remote/offshore talent
  • Experience recruiting for staffing agencies, VA companies, BPOs, or recruitment firms
  • Strong understanding of hiring for North American businesses
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable internet and work setup
  • Ability to work with EST overlap when required
