What You'll Do:

- Negotiate and close franchise agreements, contributing directly to our national growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees.

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in the Fashion Apparel Industry: You understand the trends, the market, and the unique selling points of fashion.
- 1+ year of B2B Sales experience: You're a seasoned pro at navigating business-to-business relationships and driving results.
- Franchising background: You have experience with the franchising model and can confidently articulate its benefits.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.
What We Offer:
