Clinic Manager - Sales & Operations
Location: Heather Medical Aesthetic Clinic, Cebu City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
Salary: ₱25,000 gross monthly base salary plus performance-based commissionEmployment: Full-time, on-site
Heather Medical Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Clinic Manager to lead our team, improve clinic operations and help significantly increase our sales, bookings and client base.
This is not an entry-level position. We need a confident leader who can take management’s vision, turn it into an action plan, delegate tasks and hold the team accountable for measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and supervise the clinic team
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Delegate tasks, establish deadlines and follow up until completion
- Conduct daily team huddles and weekly performance meetings
- Monitor inquiries, consultations, bookings, follow-ups and sales
- Train staff in ethical selling, customer service, rebooking and client retention
- Create client-reactivation, referral and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities, content and local partnerships
- Improve clinic procedures and the overall client experience
- Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline and professionalism
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions
- Work closely with clinic ownership and the medical director
Medical decisions and treatment recommendations will remain under the authority of the clinic’s licensed medical professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS- Previous management or supervisory experience is required
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Able to work with sales targets, conversion rates and performance reports
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Able to delegate effectively and hold employees accountable
- Proactive, disciplined and results-oriented
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, messaging platforms and basic digital tools
- Experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical clinic, dental clinic, wellness center, beauty clinic, spa or similar business is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of social-media marketing is an advantage
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Must be available to work on-site during the stated schedule
- ₱25,000 gross monthly base salary
- Performance-based sales commission under a written commission plan
- Paid overtime and applicable premium pay as required by Philippine law
- SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG coverage and contributions
- 13th-month pay

The daily schedule includes a one-hour meal break. Work performed beyond eight compensable hours will be paid according to applicable Philippine labor laws.
