DIRECTOR OF REVENUES

The Director of Revenues will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align strategies with business objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive sustainable financial growth while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Design, implement, and oversee revenue strategies across all real estate assets to achieve short- and long-term financial goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses, including competitor pricing, demand trends, and economic factors, to inform pricing and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities, product offerings, and revenue streams.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance, occupancy rates, and profitability.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Implement and maintain advanced revenue management systems, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and data accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and negotiate strategic partnerships, contracts, and pricing agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on opportunities to grow revenue and enhance market positioning.
• Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes that may impact revenue strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in revenue management, financial planning, sales strategy, or business development, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, market trends, and business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies that produce measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in revenue management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate financial modeling tools is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Track record of successfully driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.
