Cluster Head - Sales and Operations
Vismotor Corporation is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Cluster Head - Sales and Operations to oversee sales performance and branch operations within the assigned cluster in the Negros Island Region.
The role is responsible for driving sales growth, implementing sales strategies, monitoring branch and sales team performance, improving customer conversion, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the operational readiness of existing and soon-to-open branches.
This position is ideal for someone with strong sales leadership experience, branch management exposure, and the ability to guide and develop a sales team in a fast-paced motorcycle dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion, customer inquiries, and actual sales.
- Conduct regular branch visits within the assigned cluster to ensure compliance with sales standards and procedures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend actions to improve service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales personnel to improve individual and branch performance.
- Conduct or facilitate sales training programs to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure implementation of sales programs, including referral initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth branch performance.
- Support the opening and operational readiness of new branches, including manpower, training, funds, and pre-opening requirements.
- Prepare reports, performance updates, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in managing a branch, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle dealership, retail, or sales operations industry.
- Strong background in sales management, branch operations, people handling, and performance monitoring.
- Must have good leadership, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and conduct regular branch visits within the assigned area.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to be assigned in the Negros Island Region.
