As a Sales Specialist, you’ll handle inbound sales inquiries, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll execute sales strategies, manage promotions, support order processing, and assist in resolving customer concerns. This role also involves cross-functional support and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute sales plans and pursue new opportunities in the Away From Home (AFH) market
• Communicate and apply promotions to maximize sales
• Accurately process and manage customer orders and data
• Handle bulk order allocations and coordinate sample distributions
• Resolve customer issues, objections, and urgent requests
• Support multiple call queues including credit and delivery concerns
• Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items and handle peak season orders
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Identify and implement process improvements

• Experience in inbound sales, ideally in FMCG, with a proven sales track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and customer focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
