The Global Compliance Monitoring (GCM) Analyst is an entry level role responsible on performing review and reconciliation of security administrative changes and privileged activity reviews on different systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and perform privileged activity reviews.
  • Analyze and review security reports to reconcile account maintenance activities performed on different servers/platforms under Mainframe, Database, Unix, Active Directory and Applications.
  • Analyze and review login violation activities.
  • Identify and escalate potential security incidents.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and analysis, escalate issues as appropriate within Global Compliance Monitoring teams and corresponding Stakeholders.
  • Identify and report discrepancy in the process or control for further follow-up or improvement.
  • Understand Citi's Information Security Policy, Standards and Guidelines.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Excel. Experience in using and/or developing macros and background in development work is an advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge in Privileged Identity/Access is an advantage
  • Experience in Information Security administration/profile administration is an advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge in audit, quality assurance, security and/or risk control is an advantage.
  • Have the ability to work independently within the team.
  • Ability to prioritize task assignments involving both BAU and non-BAU work.
  • Being proactive and immediately escalating identified potential security issues and/or process gaps to management.
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders within and outside of Global Compliance Monitoring.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
