Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or accounting operations.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or any related course.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office tools and software.
- Knowledgeable in revenue and accounts receivable processes and related tax treatments.
- Perform daily reconciliation of club sales reports and end-of-day reports.
- Do cash coding in Xero every Thursday for weekly reconciliation of cash, card, check, and over-the-counter collections.
- Prepare sales and collection summaries.
- Prepare AR monitoring reports for management.
- Monitor daily submission of club requirements and update compliance reports.
- Conduct quarterly club audits.
- Attend weekly meetings with team leaders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
