Healthcare Operations Manager – US Healthcare | 5–10 Years Operations Management Experience | Up to ₱100K

Schedule: Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience managing large healthcare teams and possesses in-depth knowledge of UMR, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a US Healthcare account and ensure the achievement of business goals, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Operations Supervisors to drive high team performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with US Healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment is required.
• Strong background managing US Healthcare accounts.
• Extensive experience in:
• UMR
• Prior Authorization
• Medical Billing
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare operations and consistently meeting business objectives.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes, operational metrics, compliance, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, client management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Stable employment history is highly preferred.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Pasig City/Ortigas on a Night Shift.
