Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, function rooms, and amenities.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of trash from designated areas.
Ensure cleanliness of glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
Monitor and report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist in the setup and cleaning of function rooms and common facilities.
Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain proper inventory.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests when necessary.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or utility experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks and lift cleaning equipment or supplies.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred.
Honest, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
