Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop distributors to achieve sales, coverage, and execution targets.
- Implement trade programs, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor inventory, forecasting, stock health, and order planning.
- Track market performance, competitor movements, and category trends.
- Conduct business reviews and create corrective action plans with distributors.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in visibility, merchandising, and trade execution.
- Support and coach distributor sales teams to enhance productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years FMCG experience in sales, distributor management, or account management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of route‑to‑market models and general trade/modern trade dynamics.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas.
