• Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in the IT Distribution / IT industry. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving product growth, and ensuring successful execution of business strategies across channels.

• Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; achieve assigned quota and profit targets
• Support Channel Sales and Business Development teams in positioning product offerings and managing customer expectations
• Plan and execute product strategies, promotions, training sessions, and vendor-led initiatives
• Conduct regular product enablement activities (internal & external stakeholders)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, pricing accuracy, and process alignment
• Manage vendor-related concerns including pre-sales, post-sales, and operational issues
• Analyze business performance (QTD/YTD), marketing results, and KPIs to drive improvements
• Lead quarterly business reviews and marketing planning with vendors
• Monitor inventory planning and ensure healthy stock levels
• Prepare and submit timely reports to stakeholders and vendors

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in IT Distribution / IT industry (networking, security, or unified communications preferred)
• Strong vendor management experience across multiple partners
• Proven track record of key achievements as a Project Manager or Product Manager
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
