  • Monday - Friday
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm
Job Qualifications
  • Holds a graduate degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management courses.
  • With or without work experience in Front Office/ Customer relations, administrative work, clerical/office work, or in a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Competent technical skills: MS Office, computer proficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Description:

  • The personnel is responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming them, determining the nature and purpose of the visit, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information and taking messages when needed.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.
