Affinity Dental Clinics – Makati, BGC/ Ortigas (Estancia)
Full-time | On-site | 1 day off/week
We're looking for a professional, friendly, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and at least 1 year of experience, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist patients
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Support daily clinic operations
- Ensure a great patient experience
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer-focused and organized
- Experience in a dental clinic is an advantage
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems
- Basic administrative and clerical skills
