Full Time Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage Virtual Assistant performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in client management, account coordination, and relationship building.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Virtual Assistants to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor VA performance and provide feedback when necessary.
• Manage client onboarding and ongoing account support.
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and account updates.
• Prepare account updates and performance reports.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
• HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
• Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com
