About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. This is a full-time position based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our most important client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving revenue growth.

As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, working to understand their evolving business needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success. This position is critical to maintaining our competitive advantage and expanding our market presence within our core client base.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  2. Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor to senior executives at key client organisations
  3. Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue potential
  4. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both PTC Commercial Corporation and our clients
  5. Monitor account performance, analyse sales metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on account status and growth opportunities
  6. Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, operations and finance to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction
  7. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, gather feedback and address any concerns proactively
  8. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives
  9. Maintain comprehensive account documentation and customer relationship management (CRM) records
  10. Support the development of marketing initiatives and promotional activities targeting key accounts
What we're looking for
  1. 5+ years of proven experience in key account management, account management or relationship management within a B2B sales environment
  2. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of client organisations
  5. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ability to maintain accurate account records
  6. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop comprehensive account plans and identify growth opportunities
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends and client performance metrics
  8. Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Sales or a related field is preferred
  10. Experience in the commercial or industrial sector is advantageous
