About the Role

This role ensures efficient movement of equipment, materials, and resources while supporting project requirements and operational goals.

• Supervise daily trucking, logistics, and dispatch operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle assignments, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Manage drivers and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and transportation efficiency.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve dispatch issues and provide immediate operational support.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, permits, and vehicle documentation.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and cost efficiency.
• Support compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, trucking, dispatch, or fleet management.
• Supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, and fleet management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, industrial, or heavy lifting operations is preferred.
