About the Role
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Management Supervisor to support Personal Care operations in the Philippines. You’ll manage demand planning, trade stock, warehouse coordination, and international logistics — working closely with 3PL partners and HQ to ensure product availability and optimized inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Demand Planning: Forecast demand, monitor stock, align supply with launches/promotions.
- Trade Stock: Process B2B orders, track trade stock, highlight slow movers.
- Logistics: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensure compliance.
- Collaboration: Act as HQ liaison, report KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory days).
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
- 3+ years’ experience (strong internships considered).
- FMCG/Retail/Beauty background preferred.
- Analytical: Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; ERP a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in inventory/order management.
- Problem-Solving: Handle shipment delays & discrepancies.
- Communication: Clear coordination with teams & partners.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments.
