The role of Logistics Supervisor is to ensure efficient and accurate order dispatching, fulfillment and monitoring within the committed lead times.- Plan daily route and analyze based on order volume and location
- Coordinate daily deliveries and receiving of stocks from warehouse and prepares delivery report
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics team and assign tasks and monitors individual performance of drivers and helpers
- Coordinate concerns to other departments and supervises fleet status and repairs
- At least college graduate
- Has 2-5 years of experience in the field of Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales
- Has strong leadership skills, proactive and quick to concern solutions
- Willing to work night shift if required
- Willing to be assigned in Kalawaan, Pasig
