Sites Specialist

Responsibilities:

Support construction planning and project execution
Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of site assets and structures

Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects
Participate in industry meetings and coordinate with relevant government agencies for regulatory updates
Process permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain organized records of contracts and contractor documentation
Update and manage databases for site details, rental rates, and bookings
