EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT/CEO
The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides high-level administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications related to the Office of the President. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s active calendar and prioritize appointments.
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence.
- Ensure the CEO’s schedule is adhered to and respected.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust with senior management.
- Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up on actions and projects.
- Handle conflicting priorities and complete tasks efficiently, often under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
- Proactive problem-solving and goal-oriented approach.
