Your Responsibilities- Deliver professional phone support & email triage for staff queries after hours
- Provide empathetic customer service via calls, resolving concerns efficiently
- Update internal CRM systems, rostering tools, & scheduling software accurately
- Assist with shift scheduling, roster management, & admin tasks
- Monitor after-hours operations, escalate to seniors as needed
- Uphold team values in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
- Fresh graduate or entry-level with Bachelor's degree (Nursing, English, Business, or related)
- Excellent verbal & written English communication for phone-based support
- Quick learner comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel basics)
- Open to rotating shifts: late PM, nights (e.g., 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM), weekends, and holidays.
- Self-starter for pure WFH setup; reliable internet & quiet space required
