We’re hiring a detail-obsessed Client Support Coordinator to keep our client work running smoothly at Intrinsic Digital. You will be working as a direct employee, working closely and internally with our company (and clients) to maintain clean workflows, accurate records, and timely communications.

In this role, you will execute internal tasks that support client campaigns, keep CRMs and project boards up to date, manage a shared inbox with prompt and professional responses, and assist with audits by gathering data, reviewing details, and flagging inconsistencies.

You’ll also compile and interpret campaign and client data to produce accurate reports and surface actionable insights for decision-making. Success here looks like precision, reliability, and consistent follow-through.

Job Summary

This role is not your typical client support coordinator position. You won’t be working in isolation like a freelancer; instead, you’ll be collaborating daily with teams across the company who are all pushing toward ambitious goals and groundbreaking initiatives.

Employment Type: Full-time, local employment with standard employment deductions
Work hours: 7 pm-3 am PH time for Onboarding (subject to change), and then choice of scheduled hours after the probationary period, starting at 6 pm PH time.
Required Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Set-up: Remote (Company laptop and external monitor will be provided). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client
Salary Range: Up to Php 62,000/monthly

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in admin support, operations, or client services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Experience with data cleaning, preparation, visualization, management, and analysis
  • Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data to understand tasks and requirements
  • Experience with HubSpot and Asana preferred
  • Background in digital marketing, marketing, or multifamily is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow established workflows and meet deadlines

A Day in The Life

As a Client Support Coordinator, you make sure projects, communication, and client needs stay on track. You manage details, maintain systems, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete internal tasks that support the success and delivery of client campaigns
  • Keep tracking systems and records up to date to ensure visibility and accuracy
  • Assist with audit processes by gathering data, reviewing details, and flagging inconsistencies
  • Compile, analyze, and interpreting client and campaign data to create accurate reports and identify actionable insights that support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Manage shared inbox requests, responding promptly and routing items as needed
  • Contribute to team efficiency through timely, accurate execution of day-to-day responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned
