About the role

Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Hotel Manager.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management of the housekeeping team
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and training programs to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify any issues or areas for improvement
  • Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to address guest concerns and maintain a seamless guest experience
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Proficient in the use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
