- Must be able to work night shift with flexibility
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- High fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in web-based tools such as Google Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong independent work capability
- Perform audits of recurring maintenance calendars and ensure task accuracy
- Maintain and update maintenance schedules through regular reviews
- Ensure action items are triggered within required timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and confirm completion of maintenance services
- Arrange property access with unit owners when required
- Communicate schedules and updates with stakeholders and management
- Track service enrollments, completions, and cancellations globally
- Monitor vendor assignments and service execution
- Escalate service issues and recommend vendor changes when necessary
